Vogue Vintage Cameo Adjustable Ring

Beautiful raised woman's face cameo ring design. 

• Size: Top of ring is 7/8" wide. Ring is adjustable but currently set at a US size 7.
• Type: Pre Owned Retro Vintage from the 1970's. 
• Condition: There is a dark spot on the underside of the top part of ring.
• Materials: Gold tone plated metal.
• Markings: Marked Vogue on the back of the top part.
