The top part has two bars held together with metal bands so you can slide them together or further apart to adjust the width of the piece. Each bar is textured with a thin line design on them. The back has a metal bar that slides onto the tie. There are two chains hanging from the bottom. Each chain has small thin metal textured bar links joined by little rings.
