I have been struggling with how I feel about the dispensers since receiving them. I was very excited after ordering them. I like to support small business when possible and thought they would go perfect in our new master bathroom. In the pictures the grey looked much lighter then they are in person. I was expecting a ligher grey with more of an amethust purple coloring. They unfortunately did not come out the way I expected and don't go with the decor like I was hoping. The quality does seem sturdy and descently made.
It's always our hope that customers are pleased with their purchases. Sometimes colors can appear different on different monitors, and a matching of decor can sometimes be a challenge when ordering online. That said, we do offer returns for a refund and only ask that you contact us so that we may try and assist you by giving you options for a solution to make your purchasing experience better.
