Avon Cat with Blue Rhinestone Eyes and Bell Vintage Brooch Pin

Cute cat brooch with blue rhinestone eyes that's holding a little bell. Bell does actually making a very light tinkling sound, but not very loud. Originally called "Frisky Kitty" by Avon.
